Silicon Hill, Pak Shek Kok, Tai Po, SHKP recently added its third price list, involving 84 units. The developer said yesterday that the project has received more than 1,500 registrations of purchase intentions, which is 4.8 times more than the first three price lists. It is expected that the sales arrangements will be announced in the next two days, and there will be an opportunity to launch the first round of sales on the Dragon Boat Festival. Due to the lack of large-scale new listings, the sales in the primary market fell in the past two days, and only about 44 transactions were recorded in the two days.

84 units are added and the price per square foot is 17,300

Lei Ting, deputy managing director of SHKP, said that the third price list for the first phase of "Silicon Hill" was added on Saturday night, offering 84 units. Looking through the information, the project has released a total of 3 price lists. The average discounted price per square foot of the first two price lists is RMB 17,498 and RMB 17,335 respectively. Lei Ting pointed out that the project has received more than 1,500 registrations of intention to purchase properties so far. Based on the first three price lists of 258 units, the project has been oversubscribed by 4.8 times. The sales arrangement is expected to be announced in the next two days, and there is an opportunity to launch the first round of sales on the Dragon Boat Festival.

Hu Zhiyuan, the acting general manager of SHKP, said that the newly launched 84 units range from 279 square feet to 456 square feet, including 11 one-bedroom units, 11 one-bedroom and study units, and 62 two-bedroom units. If the discount of up to 17.5% is deducted, the net price of the unit is RMB 5,358,100 to RMB 7,926,600, and the discounted square foot price is RMB 16,006 to RMB 19,735. The admission unit is Unit B3 on the 2nd floor of Block 6 of Cuijing Court, with an area of 303 square feet and a one-room interval, at a discounted price of 5.3581 million yuan.

Hu Zhiyuan specifically mentioned that this price list is the first to launch a one-bedroom unit with a study. Lack of new disk, first hand 44 transactions on weekends

Since there were no large-scale new projects for sale in the past weekend, there were only surplus and small projects in the market. Only 10 units were sold in a single day, accounting for only 3.2% of the units available for sale.
