According to the price list, the lowest sq ft price is HKD10,602 of the unit which located in room B, 3rd floor with cover area 872 sq ft, usable area 628 sq ft and sale at HKD9,245,000. The highest sq ft price is HKD13,247 of the unit which located in room A, 28th floor with cover area 898 sq ft, usable area 639 sq ft and sale at HKD11,896,000.
