In the July annual report of Hong Kong Industrial, it has been mentioned that the land premium for the project in May has been completed, and the group's residential land portfolio in Hong Kong will increase by more than 1.3 million square feet. In response to media enquiries, Hong Kong Xingye stated that the lot is located in the northern part of Discovery Bay and will be developed into a residential property. It is expected to provide more than 1,400 units and increase the supply of housing in the local market. Hong Kong Xingye occupies half of the project.

Last quarter, the government's land premium income was about 8.7 billion

In the third quarter of this year (July-September), the total government revenue from land premiums was about 8.78 billion yuan, which was about 13.81 billion yuan in the second quarter, down about 36.4% quarter-to-quarter. The government announced at the end of September that the supply of private housing in the first three quarters of the fiscal year (April to December) increased to 14,430 units, which was 10% higher than the annual target of 12,900 units. Among them, the private development and reconstruction land premium projects amounted to about 8,834 Group, accounting for as much as 61% of the total. In recent years, many large-scale projects have paid land premiums. For example, in November 2017, the large-scale residential project in Sai Kung Shisi Township, Xindi, completed land premium projects with more than 15.892 billion yuan, a record high for a single land premium project.
