年近80歲的買家張伯：斥逾1,600萬元買入一伙3房單位，本身住在藍田滙景花園，一直等待同區新盤多年，是次為換樓作自住，雖然疫情或會為樓市帶來少許隱憂，但始終都要住，唔擔心得咁多!

入市前已衡量個人能力

買家卓先生：本身住在觀塘，心儀項目地理位置佳，雖然考慮到項目定價偏高，不過經衡量個人能力，最終決定入市，由於香港疫情轉差，已盡量少出街，而因應發展商安排防疫措施下，仍選擇親身到場買樓。
