Developer expressed, the project will be put on sale on next weekend at the soonest. It is estimated that they will launch 4 rooms units first. After then they will launch 3 rooms units. The highest intention sq ft price of them is about HKD 16,000. The intention sq ft price of duplex unit is about HKD 20,000. In addition, the sample unit will be opened to public tomorrow.
