Developer expressed, the project will change the preferential payment term after 31th this month. The cash payment preferential discount will be changed from 10% to 5%. The construction period payment discount will be cut and according to property price. The 20% discount for special customers buying parking place also be canceled. The project has accumulatively sold more than 120 units and took more than $1.3 billion cash in. It is estimated that the price will be increased by batches after the Chinese New Year.
