The market source points out that, it had collected about 6,000 applications, an over-subscription of 19.5 times. These units will be put on sale tomorrow. Ccrescent Green in Au Tau, Yuen Long collected about 60 applications on the first day for its first batch of 67 units that were launched at sq ft prices under HKD10,000.
Grand Ming Group’s The Grand Marine in Tsing Yi sold 1 unit of three-bedroom by bidding yesterday, with the transaction amount of about HKD11.59 million. It is room A on the 17th floor in block 2A, in the usable area of 755 sq ft and the layout of three-bedroom one suite with multi-purpose room also toilet, and the transaction price is HKD11.58925 million, with an average sq ft price of HKD15,350.

Yesterday, Road King Properties’ Ccrescent Green in Au Tau, Yuen Long opened the sample flat in Chuang's London Plaza, Tsim Sha Tsui to public and started to collect applications from prospective buyers after putting on sale the first batch of 67 units at sq ft prices under HKD10,000.
According to the on-site news, more than 100 citizens visited the marketing center and the sample flat, and about 60 applications were collected on the first day, close to the full quota.

China Evergrande’s Emerald Bay Phase I in So Kwun Wat, Tuen Mun recorded the first closed sale after the sales started at the end of last month. According to the transaction record book, room J on the 5th floor of block 1, with a usable area of 223 sq ft and layout of open style, was sold to the buyer on the 29th last month for HKD3.844 million under 90-day cash payment plan, but the sale was closed after signing the temporary sales contract, and it is estimated the 5% deposit i.e. about HKD190,000 will be confiscated.
