The Coast Line I to launch 50 units for sale within the week

(Tsang Yip-chun, Choi King Man) Riding on the success of The Coast Line II in Yau Tong, CK Asset is now promoting sales of its Coast Line I development. The group launched its second price list yesterday, involving 50 units, with a discounted starting price of HK$3.65 million, and a discounted average square footage of HK$15,714, which is 3% higher than the discounted average square footage of HK$15,250 for the first price list of 50 units. According to CK Asset chief sales manager William Kwok Tze-wai, the project is now open for presale cheque collection, with the project recording an oversubscription of ten times within the first half hour. Units will be open for sale this week. 


The second price list includes 21 one-bedroom units, 16 two-bedroom units, 13 three-bedroom units, measuring 273 to 729 square feet in size, with discounted prices ranging from HK$3.65 million to HK$11.76 million, and an average price of HK$15,714 per square foot. 

Villa Garda III to release first batch of flats 


Meanwhile, the sales brochure of Lohas Park III’s Phase 11D development, by Sino Land, K. Wah, China Merchants Land, and the MTR, was uploaded two days ago, with prices to be unveiled today at the earliest. Sino Land executive director Victor Tin Sio-un said that Villa Garda III will be the first Lohas project to launch open-style units. The first batch will offer no less than 129 units, with the first round of sales to start this month at the earliest. The developer also plans to introduce a variety of payment methods to offer discounts to professionals and top talent. 


The project provides 644 units, more than 80 of which are one- and two-bedroom flats. Among them are a total of 240 one-bedroom units with an open kitchen, measuring 337 to 371 square feet in size. The development also offers 289 two-bedroom units with an open glass kitchen and storage room, ranging from 442 to 572 square feet in size. The smallest flat in the project is unit E in Block 3A, an open-plan unit with a saleable area of 283 square feet. The largest flat is unit A on the 67th floor of Block 3B, measuring 978 square feet in size, with a 139-square-foot podium and a 831-square-foot rooftop. 


Baker Circle Greenwich to launch 28 units for sale on Saturday 


In addition, the third price list of Henderson’s Baker Circle Greenwich in Hung Hom was launched yesterday, offering 28 open-plan to three-bedroom units with storage rooms. The units measure 215 to 492 square feet, with a discounted average price of HK$19,013 per square foot and discounted price of HK$3.87 million. All 28 units will be put on sale on Saturday (19 Aug).
