The developer said, the project can be launched into the market in this month at the soonest. The standard unit intention feet price about HKD35,000 and admission fee about HKD 70 millions. The developer tend to keep 10 units in top floor as rent purposes temporary.
Flat in take will be in March 2014 and the sales brochure and sample units are in preparation.
