According to the price list, 2 rooms units most at sale price more than HKD 4,500,000 and 3 rooms units are about HKD 6 millions.
The opening price is a little higher than the estimated market price which is HKD7,000.
In addition, Hong Kong Housing Society set rules that have to use private name and take valid Hong Kong identity card to buy the unit. Each buyer limit in buying 1 unit to help Hong Kong residents to buy self use home.
