Developer launched price list for total 30 units yesterday at average feet price HKD 27,472 base in cover area calculation.
According to the price list, the lowest feet price is HKD20,100. It is located in 8th floor with cover area of 2,788 square feet, usable area2,182 square feet and sale price at HKD57,288,000 ; The highest feet price is HKD50,562. It is duplex flat located in 39th to 40th floor with cover area of 4,450 square feet, usable cover area of 3,560 square feet and sale price at HKD225,001,000.
The project only accept payment during construction method ( as order price) temperary, and there other 28 units for sale at about HKD2 millions for each unit. The market news said, most of the units are reserved.
