The developer said, the project is still waiting for the sale license and hope to be able to open for sale in the month. And the project price will refer to the price in same district. Which average intential feet price is about HKD7,000 and admission fee is about HKD 4 millions.
The developer estimated in first stage the sales may about 800 units which are half of the project at market value about HKD 5 billions.
The project will hold road show in Fortune REIT Mall of Hung Hom next week and will plan to hold road show inShenzhen.
