(Leung Yuet-kam) In a second round of sales, Sun Hung Kai Properties’ (SHKP) NOVO LAND Phase 2A development in Tuen Mun will launch 223 units this Saturday, said Victor Lui Ting, SHKP deputy managing director. He added that the 223 flats will be priced at HK$14,145 per square foot on average, including special units, and will be sold at original price. Blocks 1A and 1B of Phase 2A will be launched for sale in three months.
According to SHKP general manager Chan Han-lin, the new units involve 13 open-plan, 16 one-bedroom, 164 two-bedroom and 30 three-bedroom units, at discounted prices ranging from HK$3.36 million to HK$9.46 million and discounted prices per square foot of HK$12,779 to HK$16,580. Sales will close on Thursday and are already oversubscribed. Flat selection will be conducted in Groups A and B this Saturday, with Group A to purchase one to four units, with at least one unit being a three-bedroom. Group A buyers will only be able to purchase one one-bedroom unit.
Next, Chinachem sales director Helen Fung said that In One Above, the Group's joint venture with MTR Ho Man Tin Station, will put 66 units on sale this Saturday by way of price list, and 24 units, including 4 units of Skyline flats, will be put up for sale by tender next Monday. The south-facing three-bedroom units to be sold by tender will also be eligible for car parking rights. Fung added that the sales of 54 units at In One Above currently amount to HK$789 million, and the cumulative sales of 412 units overall have generated over HK$6.96 billion.
In One Above puts 66 units up for sale in one day
Connie Chan, Chinachem's general manager of sales, said that In One Above put up 66 units for sale on Saturday in the form of a price list. The price list offers 10 one-bedroom units, 33 two-bedroom units and 23 three-bedroom units, with saleable areas ranging from 364 to 960 square feet at a discounted price of around HK$8 million to approximately HK$30 million, and a discounted price per square foot of HK$21,948 to HK$31,137. From now until 30 June, the first five buyers who purchase a first-hand flat at In One Above via Midland Realty will receive a "Father's Day Deluxe Massage Chair" offer worth HK$20,000, with a total value of about HK$100,000.
