Developers launched two remaining feature units yesterday, which are "Villa Ebony" and "Villa Oak". All in decoration and furniture with cover area are 3,350 square feet and 3,325 square feet. The former sale at HKD93 millions (feet price HKD27,761) and the latter sale at HKD90 millions (feet price HKD27,821) . The project has been sold 8 units with more than HKD800 millions cash in. One unit among sold recently at HKD 100 millions and feet price about HKD30,000 which make the highest new record in happy valley district.
