(Leung Yuet-kam) Amid Kowloon’s booming first-hand residential market, the sales brochure for Henderson Land’s Baker Circle Greenwich has been uploaded today. Lam Tat-man, Henderson Agency Sales Department (1) agent (1), said that unit prices would be announced within this week at the earliest. Showrooms and cheque collection may be opened to the public this weekend.
The project offers a total of 278 open-plan to three-bedroom units, measuring 212 to 492 square feet in size, largely comprising one-bedroom units. Sizes for one-bedroom apartments range from 191 to 749 square feet.
Meanwhile, CK Asset’s The Coast Line in Yau Tong has accelerated its pace of sales. According to Kwok Tsz-wai, the Group’s chief manager of sales, the development will open showrooms and release the sales brochure within the week. Opening prices will be revealed in the near future.
