According to sources, the Housing Authority will launch 7 new HOS projects next year, involving 8,926 units, the most since the resale of HOS flats. It is reported that in addition to the large number of units, the site selection is also diversified. There are many "pretty houses" from Hong Kong Island and the urban area, including North Point Ji Wah Court, To Kwa Wan Guan Shan Court, Anderson On Sau Court, Kai Tak Kai Yan Court, Tung Chung Yu Nga Court, Sha Tin Yu Tak Court, Tseung Kwan O Zhao Ming Court. According to news, this phase of HOS flats is on sale at a discount of 51%, with prices ranging from RMB 1.24 million to RMB 5.31 million. Although the most flat unit comes from Kai Yan Court in Kai Tak, the price starts at as low as 1.24 million yuan, but the smallest area is only 186 square feet.

Kai Tak Kai Yan Court has the lowest admission rate of 1.24 million

It is understood that the new phase of HOS housing will accept applications in the first quarter of next year and draw the ball in the second quarter. It is estimated that the flat selection date is the fourth quarter of next year. In this phase, Jihua Court in North Point has become the "king of the house". The highest price is 5.31 million yuan, and the average price per square foot is as high as $9,950. The entrance fee starts at 2.48 million yuan. The flat unit comes from Kai Tak Kai Yan Court. The entrance fee is 1.24 million yuan, based on 5% of the green form buyer's first installment, the lowest price is about 62,000 yuan for the first installment. Although Kai Yan Court provides a total of 1,840 units, 320 units are small units ranging from 186 feet to 189 feet, accounting for a total of 17%.

The limit period for resale without premium is increased to 5 years

It is reported that the Housing Authority intends to tighten resale restrictions. If the buyer wants to resell the unit to the second-class buyer of Green Form or Baiju before the price is paid, the resale can only be made from the 5th year after the purchase of the unit, which is 2 years longer than before. As for the wish to sell in the free market after a premium, it must take 15 years, which is more than the 10 years previously restricted.

In addition, this time the HOS will also sell 27 units of tailgate units.
