Developer said, the project expected to get the sale approval this week and put on sale next month at the soonest. They plan to first launch 4 rooms units in building 2 " Yue Long Mansion" with cover area about 1,300 sq ft at admission fee about HKD17 million. The 3 rooms units in building 1 " Lang Long Mansion" with cover area about 1,170 sq ft sale at admission fee about HKD16 million.
