Developer launched the first price list yesterday involving 50 units at average sq ft price of HKD 26,466. According to the price list, room C in 5th floor in usable area of 284 sq ft has the lowest price of HKD 6.67 million with sq ft price at HKD 23,486; While the highest price is HKD 32.964 million which is for room B in 31st floor in usable area of 882 sq ft joining 72 sq ft of platform and 63 sq ft of stairhood, with sq ft price at HKD 37,374. Developer also offers many privileges, such as 8% at the most for cash payment, 3% property price discount and 7% discount for stamp duty if sign temporary agreement on or before November 30th 2013, 2% attained by Henderson club member, and 1% discount for buyer purchasing more than 2 units which limited to the first three customers. It is 21% discount at the most.
