The developer said, hope can get the sale license in June and can immediately open sale. Developer will cooperate with fourlarge agents (Central Plains, Midland Realty, Ricacorp Properties and Hong Kong Property) to launch "Easy Rent" Easy Renting online platform in their official website, aiming to attract the university students and faculty in neighboring 5 main universities.
The project home page will be adding "Easy Rent" sign. Person who rent out or rent the project through "Easy Rent" will earn commission discount, the rental return, shopping preferential gift coupons ets. Details will published later time.
And the developer will hold road show in Beijing and Shanghai next week.
