Room E in 28th floor with usable area of 550 sq ft is put on sale at HKD 7.94745 million with the sq ft price is HKD 14,450 which is the lowest in the price list (The sale price is HKD 7.152705 million base on cash payment.) ; Room A located in 32nd floor of which the usable area is 762 sq ft is put on sale at HKD 12.96012 million with the sq ft price at HKD 17,008 which is the highest in the price list (The sale price is HKD 11.664108 million base on cash payment.), according to price list.
