Developer launched first price list yesterday including 50 units located in 11th, 16th floor, building 1 and 1st-17th floor of building 3 at average sq ft price HKD 9,711 and on sale in Sunday at the soonest. According to the price list, the lowest sq ft price is HKD6,989. The unit of this price located in room B, 9th floor of building 3 with cover area 661 sq ft, usable area 529 sq ft and sale at HKD 4.62 million. The highest sq ft price is HKD15,800 and the unit of this price is Verandah Simplex which is feature unit in 16th floor of building 1. The cover area of it is 2,310 sq ft and usable area is 1,823 sq ft with sale price at HKD36,498,000.
