The unit of this price located in room A, 1st floor, building 15 with cover area in 1,431 sq ft , usable area in 1,108 sq ft and sale at HKD11,157,000. The highest sq ft price is HKD9,100.The unit of this price located in room C, 2nd floor of building 16 with cover are 1,561 sq ft , usable area in 1,208 sq ft connected with 44 sq ft balcony and sale at HKD 14,205,000. The project has accumulative sold more than 100 units taking HKD 1.3 billion cash in.
