Developer addition launched price list yesterday including 60 units at average sq ft price HKD7,150. According to the price list, the lowest sq ft price is HKD6,710 of which located in room J, 11st floor, building 11 with cover area in 545 sq ft, usable area in 408 sq ft and sale price is HKD3,657,000. The highest sq ft price is HKD7,857 of which located in room H, 27th floor, building 7 with cover area in 1,012 sq ft, usable area in 750 sq ft and sale price at HKD7,951,000.
