Developer said, the project can be launched the end of next month at the soonest. The plan is first launch more than 100 units including 4 rooms units in about 1,200 sq ft of which intention sq ft price is about HKD15,000. The project supply 780 units in total and major are 3- 4 rooms units in cover area from 900 sq ft to 1,200 sq ft. There also 2 rooms units in cover area about 700 sq ft.
