屯門富健花園反價$10萬至居二市場價$290萬沽

祥益地產高級區域經理黃慶德表示，日前促成屯門富健花園4座低層J室，實用面積484平方呎，2房，日前獲一名區內綠表客垂青，新買家主要鍾情該屋苑鄰近家人，方便照應，而且熟悉該區環境，毋須重新適應，加上原業主有意換樓，早前由$310萬減至$280萬，及後反價$10萬，新買家考慮到樓價可以負擔，決定以$290萬 (居二市場價) 購入上址，實用面積平均呎價為$5,992，屬於市價成交。

據了解，原業主於1998年以約$90萬 (居二市場價) 購入上址，單位轉手帳面升值逾2倍。
