屯門新屯門中心$9,000租出 業主享租金回報率約2厘

祥益地產執行董事謝澤銘表示,日前該分行促成一宗屯門新屯門中心租賃成交,單位為1座低層B室,實用面積462平方呎,減至$9,000租出,實用面積平均呎租$19.5。

據了解,租客為同屋苑客,由於原先租住的單位無法續租,考慮到同屋苑搬遷方便,而且面積相若,決定租入並願意預繳一年租金。

祥益地產謝澤銘指,如以同類型單位銀行估值約$527萬作計算,該單位的租金回報率約2厘。
