美聯物業東九龍啟德一號分行(2)首席高級營業經理黃家樂表示，啟德OASIS KAI TAK有2房單位剛獲承租，單位為OASIS KAI TAK 2A座中高層A室，2房間隔，實用面積494平方呎，放盤約1個月獲家庭客承租，單位原叫租$2.3萬，調減$1,500，以$2.15萬租出，減幅約6.5%，折合實用呎租約$43.5。
據了解，業主於2018年2月以約$1,281.2萬購入，按現水平租金計，回報率約2厘。
