荔枝角昇悅居2房獲首置客斥$936.8萬購入

香港置業西九龍泓景臺分行市務經理(銷售)黎俊華表示，該行剛促成一宗荔枝角昇悅居成交，單位為3座中高層H室，實用面積約512平方呎，2房間隔，向南望部分海景，原叫價$980萬，經議價後減價至$936.8萬，實用面積平均呎價$18,297。

據悉，新買家為首置客，心儀物業屬名牌發展商發展，而單位向南有露台，故睇樓2次後決定入市。原業主2005年6月以$299.5萬購入，轉手帳面獲利約$637.3萬，升值約逾2倍。
