星企3.2億購粉嶺工廈

基金上月以8.1294億元奪得粉嶺工業地後,新加坡房地產機構投資者SilkRoad Property Partners最新以3.21億元購入粉嶺安全街10及12號堅達中心全幢物流工廈。

SilkRoad Property Partners行政總裁Peter Wittendorp表示,此項目為集團於香港投資組合內的第四項工業投資,凸顯對本港工業物業市場的強勁信心。

堅達中心全幢共6層,總面積約97,750方呎,現由著名物流營運商租用。按成交價計,今次成交折算呎價為3,284元,以現狀連現有租約成交。
