The Epidemic Has Eased; Over 2,000 First-Hand Properties Will Be Launched Next Month.

The government resumed most of its services next Monday, and developers are deploying the sales of the first-hand property again actively. Developers compete to launch at least fourteen housing estates in this Thursday and Friday for the Buddha's birthday and May Day holiday, putting on sale 257 units on a first-come-first-served basis or through tenders. Ngan King-Fung, the Operations and Marketing Director of Grand Ming Group expresses that there are newly added "Easy 360-Day Cash Preferential Payment Plan" or "Easy 360-Day First Mortgage Payment Plan" and "Easy Construction Period Payment Plan," for The Grand Marine in Tsing Yi since the golden holiday is approaching. Buyers only need to pay 5% of the property price after signing the temporary sale and purchase agreement, while the remaining 95% will be paid within the due date of the selected payment plan. The highest discount of 21% since the launch of the project is maintained. Alto Residence in Tsueng Kwan developed by Lai Sun Development and Empire Group took advantage of May Day Holiday and launched the No.60 price list last Friday, raising the discount for "Cash Preferential Payment Plan" from 5% to 12%, a price cut of 7% in disguised form. Buyers of 7 tiered houses in block 1 can enjoy this discount. In addition to the above-mentioned tiered houses, the developer has launched two garden-feature units by tender. Sino sold the existing sky pond house Room A on the 63rd floor of block 9 in The Palazzo, Fo Tan, at HKD80 million by tender, with a usable area of 3,070 sq ft, joining a 1,505 sq ft terrace, and including two parking lots. The price is the new high first-hand property price in The Palazzo, and all units in this project have been sold out. The same series project Park Summit in Mong Kok sold the Room B (top floor feature unit with terrace) on the 38th floor of block 1 by tender yesterday, at HKD293.889 million, the new high in this project, and the usable area is 1,021 sq ft, connecting a terrace of 838 sq ft. A sky pond house in The Palazzo was sold for HKD800 million. Chinachem sold No.6 house of Villa Cove at No. 18 Pik Sha Road, Clear Water Bay Road, for HKD954.209 million, and it is a detached house of three floors with rooftop, with a layout of four-bedroom (three suites) and usable area of 3,284 sq ft.
