Mid-levels is a noble residential area of Hong Kong. It is located between the peak of Taiping Mountain and Hong Kong Central which is a place popular with local rich people and foreign immigrants. Mid-level is separated into mid-levels central, east, and west. Mid-level is a favorite place to settle for expatriates due to its proximity to the different business district but yet, still in a quiet residential area.


Mid-levels East is the area between Mid-levels Central and Happy Valley, therefore, many of its properties have a view of the racecourse and the busy city view of Causeway Bay or Wan Chai . Unlike Mid-levels Central, Mid-levels East is quite sparsely populated with mid-rise apartments.

You wouldn’t build this anywhere else.” Frank Gehry said. Opus Hong Kong composed by 12 distinctive units including two special duplex garden style units which both have private swimming pool. The other 10 units above are from 560-640 sq meters (about 6,000-6,900 sq ft). One unit occupies one layer and through to rooftop swimming pool.
