The management fee for the project is HKD4.98 per sq ft. The clubhouse facilities include a banquet hall, fitness room, yoga room, etc, 15 Western Street offers 104 units with usable areas from 213 sq ft to 1,127 sq ft.
The first price list involves at least 50 units.

According to the brochure, on each floor from the 2nd-25th floors, there are 4 units, including 2 open style units and two one-bedroom units with the usable areas on the standard floors from 206 sq ft to 304 sq ft, and the units on the 2nd floor involve platform, with the open style unit room B on the 2nd floor among in usable area of 181 sq ft joining platform of 40 sq ft, also it is the smallest in Midlevels West. The 26th to 30th floors of the project are designed for two two-bedroom units on one staircase, in usable areas of 462-468 sq ft. The project is expected to be completed in November 2021, and the pre-sale period is about 23 months, while the project has no parking space.
Further, SHKP’s Wetland Seasons Park in Tin Shui Wai closed the application at 8 pm last night.
