世紀21奇豐物業海栢分行助理區域營業董事鄭達昌表示，新近錄得馬鞍山迎海‧星灣御17座中層E室，實用面積496平方呎，屬2房間隔，座向西南望園景，單位放盤2個月，原叫價$700萬，減$10萬至$690萬獲買家承接，實用面積平均呎價$13,911。

據了解，原業主於2015年4月購入上址，當時作價$692.1萬，持貨9年至今沽售，賬面虧蝕$2.1萬。
