馬鞍山嘉華星濤灣減$112萬至$1,188萬連車位獲買家承接

世紀21奇豐物業天宇海分行經理黃宗信表示,該行新近錄得馬鞍山嘉華星濤灣2座高層E室,實用面積811平方呎,3房間隔,座向西北享海景。單位放盤2個月,原叫價$1,300萬,減$112萬至$1,188萬連車位獲買家承接,實用面積平均呎價$14,649。

據了解,原業主於2003年1月以$355萬連車位購入上述單位,持貨20年至今沽售,賬面獲利$833萬,單位期內升值約2.3倍。
