美聯物業青衣明翹匯分行助理聯席董事許奕俊表示，日前促成青衣灝景灣2座高層H室，實用面積826平方呎，建築面積1,004平方呎，3房連套房單位，間隔實用，企理裝修。據悉，原業主換樓，故放售此套物業，雙方議價$90萬以$1,260萬蝕讓單位，實用面積平均呎價約$15,254，建築面積平均呎價約$12,550。

據了解，原業主於2019年以$1,446萬購入上述單位，持貨逾3年，賬面虧蝕$186萬，期內物業下跌約13%。
