長沙灣尚都高層開放式首置客以約$399萬承接

美聯物業 - 張曉盈董事表示，樓市氣氛持續向好，短線持貨湧現獲利空間。該行新近促成長沙灣尚都本月首宗成交，成交單位為高層E室，實用面積約277平方呎，屬開放式間隔，向東北，望山景。首置客以約$399萬承接，折合實用呎價為約$14,404，屬市價成交。

張曉盈補充，原業主以約$408萬放盤，放盤約1個月，近期獲首置客洽詢。買家心儀單位景觀開揚，內櫳企理，屋苑附近交通及生活配套齊全，故決定承接單位，議價後減價$9萬成交。原業主於今年5月以約$375萬購入上述單位，持貨約4個月，轉手帳面獲利約$24萬，升值幅度約6.4%。
