香港置業-曾家輝董事表示，售出單位為荔枝角宇晴軒5座中層F室成交，實用面積約484平方呎，建築面積約645平方呎，屬2房間隔，單位向東，享開揚運動場景觀。曾家輝透露，單位放盤僅一個月火速成交，原叫價$750萬，最終以$730萬獲承接，減價$20萬，實用面積平均呎價約$15,083。買家為區內首置客，睇樓僅1次已極速被單位開揚景觀吸引，加上減息在即，決定把握機會入市自用，由放盤至成交僅歷時一個月，足見優質單位需求殷切。

原業主早於2005年12月以$287萬購入上址，持貨20年，是次轉手賬面大幅獲利$443萬，單位期內升值約1.5倍。
