粉嶺花都廣場$385萬承接 持貨8年賬面獲利$1.2萬

世紀21奇豐物業粉嶺區區域經理陳偉康表示,該行新近促成粉嶺花都廣場6座中層E室,實用面積370平方呎,1房間隔,單邊東南望開揚山景,單位原叫價$400萬,放盤1星期,獲同區分支家庭洽購,以$385萬承接,減幅約4%,實用面積平均呎價$10,405。

據了解,新買家為區內分支家庭,睇樓幾個月,眼見撤辣後,樓市價量齊升,但呎價仍處低水,所以決定入市。原業主於2016年11月購入上址,當時作價$383.8萬,持貨8年至今轉售,賬面獲利$1.2萬。
