粉嶺花都廣場$385萬承接持貨8年賬面獲利$1.2萬

世紀21奇豐物業粉嶺區區域經理陳偉康表示，該行新近促成粉嶺花都廣場6座中層E室，實用面積370平方呎，1房間隔，單邊東南望開揚山景，單位原叫價$400萬，放盤1星期，獲同區分支家庭洽購，以$385萬承接，減幅約4%，實用面積平均呎價$10,405。

據了解，新買家為區內分支家庭，睇樓幾個月，眼見撤辣後，樓市價量齊升，但呎價仍處低水，所以決定入市。原業主於2016年11月購入上址，當時作價$383.8萬，持貨8年至今轉售，賬面獲利$1.2萬。
