番茄師兄深水埗分店8月底「熄爐」疫情期間增至5舖、今年2舖曾招頂手

人氣食肆「番茄師兄」繼7月灣仔分店結業後，店方近日再於社交平台宣布，深水埗分店最後營業日定於8月31日，並多謝顧客七年來的支持；荔枝角D2 Place分店及同系餐廳「米青蛋包飯公司」則會照常營業。

消息一出，不少網民均表示不捨，「行家」如民聲冰室、青雪商店及糖水雄等亦留下貼圖為店家打氣。

翻查資料，深水埗基隆街店為品牌首店。店主Matthew原職銀行，2018年決定「中年轉行」創業，投資約120萬元創業。品牌於疫情期間亦持續擴張，2020年開設元朗分店、2022年開設灣仔分店、2023年於長沙灣D2 Place二期開設分店，2024年再於同商場設「米青蛋包飯公司」。

至今年6月，店方曾為灣仔及深水埗兩間舖招頂手；兩間分店分別位於深水埗基隆街255號地下及灣仔安樂里1號低層地下B號舖。據當時招頂帖文所述，灣仔店月租為6萬元，連生財工具頂手費為20萬。
