中原地產 - 伍錦基經理表示，施政報告公布後，沙田希爾頓中心即錄一宗成交，分行新近錄得D座高層08室，單位建築面積757平方呎，實用面積475平方呎，3房間隔，座向西北，望山景，叫價約$660萬，議價後以約$625萬易手，實用面積呎價約$13,158。

據了解，原業主於2010年以約$315萬購入單位，持貨15年，現轉手帳面上獲利約$310萬離場，單位期內升值約98.4%。
