美聯物業屯門瓏門分行(3)營業經理潘偉良表示,該行新近錄得新屯門中心3座高層B室,實用面積462平方呎,建築面積約555平方呎,2房間隔,客飯廳間隔方正,易於擺放傢俱,議價$40萬至$510萬易主,實用面積平均呎價$11,039,建築面積平均呎價$9,189。

據悉,買家為區內分支家庭,已睇樓約9個月,有見屋苑樓價已較高位明顯回落,故承接單位作自住用途。原業主於2015年底以$360萬購入上述單位,持貨近7年,帳面獲利約$150萬,期內物業升值約42%。
