美聯物業將軍澳POPCORN分行助理聯席董事羅敬業表示，市場入市信心增加，將軍澳君傲灣有2房「筍盤」獲同區租客承接自用，成交價$748萬。

上述成交單位為君傲灣3座高層G室，實用面積453呎，屬2房間隔，內櫳企理，景觀開揚，據悉，單位原放盤叫價$760萬，吸引一直於區內租樓人士「租轉買」承接，議價$12萬，以 $748萬成交，折合實用呎價約$16,512。

據了解，原業主於2020年9月以$783萬購入，是次轉手帳面蝕讓離場。
