奧運站凱帆軒2座中層2房戶上車客以$653萬承接

美聯物業 - 劉志偉經理表示，區內上車需求持續，該行新近促成奧運站凱帆軒2座中層C室的二手成交，單位實用面積為426平方呎，屬2房間隔，望內園景，上車客以$653萬承接，折合實用呎價約$15329，屬市價成交。

劉志偉經理指，該單位以$680萬放售，買家心儀單位景觀開揚，加上業主願意減價$27萬，減幅約4%，遂果斷入市自住。原業主於2014年8月以約$628萬購入上述單位，持貨約11年，是次轉手帳面賺約$25萬，或約4%。
