美聯物業大埔-天賦海灣分行助理區域經理表示，區內暫未有大型新盤開售，購買力回流二手市場，該行錄得大埔新峰花園511實呎戶以$511萬轉手，原業主帳面大賺近約$146萬。

成交單位為大埔新峰花園4期30座高層B室，實用面積約511平方呎，屬2房間隔。據悉，單位早前以$520萬放售，獲熟客介紹本地家庭客洽購自用，雙方經議價後，業主以$511萬售出單位，實用呎價約$10,000。

資料顯示，原業主2011年以$365萬購入單位，持貨13年，帳面獲利$146萬，升值約4成。
