美聯物業港島西-泓都分行助理聯席董事馬鴻德表示，日前促成堅尼地城Imperial Kennedy中層C室，單位實用面積564平方呎，2房連士多房設計，裝潢新穎，且客廳可外望海景，屬屋苑優質放盤。據了解，買家於區內租樓多時，有見同類質素區內放盤不多，且叫價合理，故議價$80萬，以$1,500萬購入上述單位，實用面積平均呎價約$26,596。

據了解，原業主於2017年6月份以約$1,350萬購入上述單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約$150萬，物業升值約11%。
