北角尚譽高層1房戶零議價$360萬成交

世紀21日昇地產 - 蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是北角月園街半新樓尚譽高層A單位，單位實用面積193平方呎，屬開放式設計，向北面望開揚景，業主原叫價$360萬，最終零議價下成交，實用呎價約$18,653。

蔡嘉駿補充，原業主於2022年11月以$360萬購入單位，持貨短短3年帳面「平手離場」，不過比對於單位於2017年樓花的購入價$574.2萬，比對於8年前樓花時的造價仍然顯著回落37%。
