Yoho West Parkside Show Flats Draw Over 2,500 Visitors

The latest update on Yoho West Parkside, the second phase of the Yoho West development at Tin Shui Wai’s Tin Wing Light Rail Station, jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) and MTR Corporation (0066), has been announced.

The developer stated that ticket collection for the project began today (February 27), with the possibility of a new batch of units being released as early as this weekend.

According to the developer, the project's show flats opened to the public yesterday, attracting over 2,500 visitors in a single day.

Approximately 70% of the visitors came from the New Territories, with around 50% from Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, and Tin Shui Wai.

Another 20% came from other parts of the New Territories, while 20% were from Kowloon, and 10% from Hong Kong Island.

Wu also noted that due to the strong leasing demand for Phase 1, many investors have shown increased interest in Phase 2. A significant portion of the recent visitors were potential investors.
