Kerry Properties’ new residential project, Hava, in Yuen Long, will launch its first round of sales this Saturday, February 22, offering 250 units. According to the developer, as of 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, the project had received over 14,000 registrations, oversubscribing the available units by 55 times.
Hava consists of two towers in a twin-building layout. Tower 1, which includes Blocks 1A and 1B, has 23 floors from the 3rd to the 27th floor, while Tower 2 has 22 floors from the 3rd to the 26th floor. The development offers a total of 594 units, with saleable areas ranging from 245 sq ft to 851 sq ft. The project includes 226 one-bedroom units, 310 two-bedroom units, and 21 three-bedroom units, along with platform and rooftop special units.
The first round of sales has attracted significant interest, with over 14,000 registrations submitted by potential buyers. The demand has far exceeded the supply, reflecting a strong appetite for new residential properties in Yuen Long. Although earlier registration figures ranged between 7,000 and 9,000, the final number confirms oversubscription by 55 times. The developer has already responded to the overwhelming demand by releasing additional units in earlier price lists, demonstrating the robust appeal of the project in the current market.
