Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) has launched an additional price list for 120 units at their Kai Tak development, Cullinan Sky. These units range in size from 240 to 655 square feet, with list prices between HK$5.5683 million and HK$16.3242 million.
After applying the maximum discount of 13.5%, the actual selling prices start at about HK$4.817 million, with prices per square foot ranging from HK$19,600 to HK$24,800.
The first round of sales took place on October 5th, where 204 units were offered. These units, priced from HK$4.7372 million, were sold out on the same day.
