Yuen Long's After The Rain has recently updated its price list and introduced a new promotion targeting property buyers.
As of Monday, customers who purchase one of the selected 10 units can opt for either a HK$1 million discount on the property price or a complimentary car parking space.
Following the discount, the starting price for these units is HK$8.61 million, equating to HK$12,009 per square foot. To further encourage purchases, the developer has instituted a new policy: if buyers decide to withdraw after finalising a transaction, they will not be required to pay any difference in price.
The promotion involves 10 units, including six three-bedroom units and four special units. Those who commit to a purchase before September 16th will benefit from either the designated parking slot or the HK$1 million price reduction. Notably, the lowest-priced unit — unit E on the 8th floor — offers 717 square feet of useable space with a net price of HK$8.61 million after discounts, maintaining the same price per square foot.
